VCC Faculty and Staff can use this site to request help with the Moodle LMS, or with other VCC educational technologies (such as Turning Technologies clickers).

Using eLearning Support Online, you can...

  • Search the eLearning Support KnowledgeBase for a quick answer to common Moodle or Ed. Tech. issues.
  • Create a new support request ("ticket") in eLearning Support's database, using a simple web form (or by emailing elsupport@vcc.ca).

Note: All emails sent to elsupport@vcc.ca are automatically recorded and tracked in eLearning Support Online.
(The eLearning Support team is part of the Centre for Instructional Development, and is NOT affiliated with the VCC Helpdesk. If you have a technical problem with college software or hardware resources that doesn't involve Moodle, please direct your inquiries to helpdesk@vcc.ca)
